About the role
Job Description Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Translate business requirements into technical data queries and analytical models. Conduct root cause analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization. Partner with product and engineering teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through transparent, data-driven narratives. Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy. Stay updated with emerging data analytics trends, tools, and best practices. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. 25 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role within the technology sector. Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced), and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is highly desirable. Robust understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Transparent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and big data technologies is a plus.
