- IIS Detailed Job Description: Break fix support of in scope middleware Commercial off the Shelf COTS software within published SLAs. Coordination with various teams for troubleshooting, issue resolution and escalations related to applicable applications, Database, platforms and Infrastructure. Installation and configuration of new middleware software in alignment with clients growth and technology modernization plans. Software upgrades due to hardware, software, or firmware updates. Desired years of experience: Above 9+ years Education/ Certifications (Required): BE Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
- Tools administration.
- Security compliance support
- Capacity planning
