Lead QA Engineer (Manual + Automation Testing) x 2 Nos

Job Title: Lead QA Engineer (Manual + Automation Testing) x 2 Nos Location: Remote with 1 visit to client office in Bangalore, during onboarding and 1 more (if required) Experience Level: 6+ years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in End-to-End Functional Testing and Test Automation. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in manual testing (70%) complemented by automation testing (30%) using Playwright and Python. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications through comprehensive testing strategies and self-delivery as End-to-End Single Person QA on the Project. Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and maintain end-to-end functional test scenarios across web applications. Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright and Python. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports based on business requirements. Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing to ensure high-quality releases. Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvements in QA processes. Mandatory Skills 6+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing. Strong expertise in End-to-End Functional Testing. Hands-on experience with Playwright. Strong programming skills in Python. Experience designing and executing Regression, Integration, Smoke, and System Testing. Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), defect lifecycle, andTips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
