Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist

As a Senior Analyst at Tetra Pak, you will be part of a team committed to making food safe and available everywhere, while protecting what's good food, people, and the planet. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial part in maintaining the stability and security of the enterprise network infrastructure. Role Overview: You will be responsible for monitoring and managing day-to-day network operations using enterprise monitoring tools. Your duties will include handling and resolving alerts/incidents within SLA timelines, performing initial troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation when required. Additionally, you will manage and administer network/security technologies such as Zscaler, F5 BIG-IP, and Enterprise Firewalls. Your role will involve incident response, proactive issue identification, resolution, coordination with telco providers, executing planned maintenance activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for network performance and reliability.
