Oversee sheet metal production and fabrication processes , ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Nesting knowledge both on Plasma and Laser Preferred. Manage inventory levels , optimize material usage, and reduce wastage. Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production schedules. Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD for data analysis, reporting, and design support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering) to resolve issues. Monitor machine utilization, manpower planning, and overall production efficiency.
