Join our Texas Instruments team as a critical partner to lead innovation and adoption of TI’s technology in this sector feeding the Data Center boom. We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Analog Field Applications Engineer to drive significant revenue growth (currently 60% YoY, targeting over $91M) within this key account set in the East and Americas.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with experts internally and at the customer.
- Shape technology roadmaps and secure design wins for Power & Analog solutions.
- Contribute to a long-term strategic partnership between TI and these optical networking companies.
- Leverage both catalog products and lead our pursuit of specialized Application Specific Standard Products (ASSP).

Qualifications
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, Computer Engineering or comparable
- 1 year of experience in Analog disciplines applicable to our customer's end equipment spaces such as sensors, signal conditioning, data acquisition, power design, clocking and timing, or data communications
- Experience with design, analysis, and debug of related circuits or sub-systems
- Ability to run simulations, and create/ review schematics and board layout
- Ability to help customers debug board level issues

Strong communication skills and the ability to proactively drive customer activity

Ability to work with multiple sales resources and field and factory-based technical resources to develop a winning solution for the customer

Base Range InfoBase pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base pay range for this role is shown below. In addition to the base range provided, this role is also eligible for the TI Profit Sharing program. The profit sharing payout may be up to 25% of eligible base earnings. Actual payouts are determined based on year-end corporate results. This role is eligible to participate in the TI Worldwide Sales Bonus Plan. The Sales Incentive Target may be approximately 25%-43% of base, depending on the role. Actual Sales Incentive earnings are determined based on performance as outlined in the TI Worldwide Sales Bonus Plan.
