As a Digital IC Design Engineer at Texas Instruments, you will be responsible for architecting new products, meeting performance requirements, and solving problems through hands-on experiences. In your first year, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) to accelerate your career success. You will have the opportunity to work on defining, designing, modeling, and verifying digital circuits, including cutting-edge technologies such as 64-bit DSP processors, MMUs, and multicore systems. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business teams and system engineering to develop design specifications - Conduct high-level analysis on chip architecture trade-offs - Participate in design reviews and create necessary documentation - Supervise IC layouts to ensure high performance - Characterize prototypes, develop test specifications, and coordinate with test/product engineering - Drive behavioral models Qualifications: Minimum requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field - Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher Preferred qualifications: - Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Quick ramp-up on new systems and processes - Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Teamwork and collaboration abilities - Initiative, drive for results, and time management skills About Texas Instruments: Texas Instruments is a global semiconductor company that designs, manufactures, and sells analog and embedded processing chips for various markets.
