Own and drive the IT technical direction for AT technology roadmap to deliver highest yield, lowest cost analog and embedded semiconductor products with the best quality and throughput efficiency Architect the next gen solution for TI test manufacturing which has critical impact on overall TI success Leverage AT technology, data & AI/ML-driven software technologies to disrupt and transform manufacturing work-flow and processes for future success Own specific tracks of complex AT manufacturing problems and design new systems to maximise efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to develop unique state-of-art solutions for stable manufacturability of next generation analog and embedded semiconductor products. Identify innovative methods to accomplish ambitious product throughput and NPI schedules! Collaborate with teams across geography (40+ sites) to perform user acceptance tests, deployment along with engineering support of various AT manufacturing solutions with high sense of urgency. Mentor team of junior engineers to accomplish best technical solutions System Architecture & Design Design and implement scalable, resilient system architectures for enterprise applications meeting security standards Define technical standards, patterns, and best practices across development teams Create comprehensive architectural documentation and technical roadmaps Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to established standards Digital Transformation Technical Leadership Lead complex digital transformation projects from conception to deployment Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Drive modernization of legacy systems and migration to cloud-native architectures Establish DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for improved delivery efficiency Technology Stack Management Evaluate and recommend modern full-stack technologies and frameworks Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their potential business impact Design microservices architectures and distributed system solutions Implement API strategies and integration patterns Team Leadership & Mentoring Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams Facilitate architectural decision-making across multiple project teams Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards are maintained Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or similar branches 8+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in architecture roles History of successfully delivering complex, multi-tier applications; Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects Experience with enterprise-level system integration and data migration projects Demonstrated strong technical leadership and served as the segment leader of the organization. Demonstrated adaptability in facing unique challenges for long term success. Strong data analysis, reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills along with being able to flex leadership style according to the situation. Experience and proven track record in Full Stack Software Development; developing and deploying scalable and large scale software solutions Deep understanding of Data structures and Algorithms IT Infrastructure understanding. Should be able to define the optimum infrastructure need for software Basic understanding of various Databases Experience in Lean and efficient system architecture and design Web Applications development knowledge AI/ML Knowledge and its amalgamation to create deep tech solutions Technical Skills Not limited to Backend Technologies: Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, C, C++ or similar Frontend Frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js, or equivalent modern frameworks Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Databases: SQL (Clickhouse, Oracle) Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration Microservices: API design, service mesh, distributed architectures DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring solutions AIML integration ML Flow etc Kafka, MQTT
