About the role
Key Role and responsibilities- 1. Stamping Press Tool, Gauges and fixtures Manufacturing, Maintenance and Calibration. 2. Tool Room manpower Handling. 3. Tool Manufacturing Planning and supplier co-ordination. 4. Improvement Activities. 5. Support to NPD, Production, Quality and QMS. 6. Data Managements, Like Tool cost, Tool Life, Lead time etc Competencies Required- 1.Advance knowledge for Precision Stamping parts Press Tools manufacturing, Maintenance and Calibration. 2.Basic knowledge of Press Tool design and Stamping equipment. 3.Advance knowledge for Machining Processes. 4.Precision Parts measuring Skill 5.Problem Solving 6.GD & T 7.Communication Skill 8.Cad Knowledge ( 3D/2D Creo ). Relevant 3 to 5 Year Experience in advance level of Tool room and Part Tryout.
