About the role
Job Description We are looking for Lead Software Engineers / Senior Software Engineers / Software Engineers Java Full Stack to join our Global Software Engineering & Technology team in Pune, India. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions for TGW's global warehouse automation systems. You will work on Java-based backend services, modern frontend applications, and microservice architectures while collaborating with global engineering teams to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions. Depending on your experience, you will also contribute to technical design, architecture, and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot. Build responsive frontend applications using Angular or React. Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Write unit and integration tests and troubleshoot production issues. Contribute to software architecture, technical documentation, and continuous improvement. Mentor junior engineers and drive technical best practices (Senior/Lead roles). Required Skills 4 to 10 years of experience in Java Full Stack development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices. Experience with SQL databases. Hands-on experience with Angular or React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Understanding of Clean Code, design patterns, and test automation. Preferred Skills Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/CI-CD/RabbitMQ/Redis/MQTT. Exposure to automation/intralogistics/warehouse automation is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
