Functional Tester- Payments

As a Functional Tester, you will validate banking applications and payment systems through structured functional testing. You will be actively involved in requirement analysis, test planning, test case scripting, defect documentation, and clarifications, ensuring quality delivery across projects. What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed Participate in requirement analysis and prepare detailed test plans. Document test scenarios and script test cases. Execute functional testing, especially in banking and payments domains. Record and clarify defects, ensuring accurate documentation. Use test management tools such as JIRA to track progress and issues. Contribute to automation and performance testing when required. We'd Love to Hear From You If. Experience You have 36 years of overall experience in software testing. You have strong experience in functional testing, especially banking applications and payments domain. Technical Expertise You are proficient in requirement analysis, test planning, test case scripting, and defect documentation. You are experienced with test management tools such as JIRA. You have exposure to automation and performance testing (good to have). Ways of Working You are detailoriented and thorough in documentation. You collaborate effectively with business users and testing teams. You communicate clearly about defects and clarifications. You are proactive in learning and applying new testing practices. .
