Job Description Summary Job Title: Solution Owner (810 Years Experience) Role Summary: We are looking for a Solution Owner / Product Owner with 810 years of experience to drive end-to-end ownership of products/solutions. The role involves defining vision, planning, tracking execution, and ensuring successful production releases with clear timelines, quality, and business alignment. Key Responsibilities: Own the complete product/solution lifecycle from planning to production and enhancements. Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans aligned with business goals. Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring clarity for development teams. Plan and track execution across multiple solutions with clear milestones and timelines. Drive timely and high-quality production releases, including risk mitigation and dependency management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Business). Act as the single point of accountability for delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Monitor progress using KPIs, provide regular status updates, and manage stakeholder expectations. Ensure alignment with architecture, scalability, and operational readiness. Drive continuous improvement through feedback, metrics, and retrospectives. Required Skills & Experience: 810 years of experience in Product Owner / Solution Owner / Delivery roles. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and product lifecycle management. Proven ability to deliver complex solutions to production on time. Excellent planning, tracking, and execution skills across multiple workstreams. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Valuable understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and release management. Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and ambiguity effectively. Data-driven mindset with focus on outcomes and performance metrics. Preferred Qualifications: PMP / Scrum Master / Product Owner certification. Experience in enterprise or multi-solution environments. Exposure to global/distributed teams.
