Job Title: BIM Engineer (MEP) Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Engineer with experience in Data Center projects and large-scale international projects, particularly in the U.S. and Middle East regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in BIM modeling, coordination, and clash detection, with hands-on experience in LOD 400 model development and project execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain BIM models in accordance with project requirements and industry standards. Create and manage LOD 400 models for MEP systems. Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM tools to identify and resolve design conflicts. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants. Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications. Support project teams throughout design, coordination, and construction phases. Prepare BIM deliverables, shop drawings, and construction documentation. Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support. Maintain BIM standards, workflows, and quality control procedures. Qualifications B.Tech. or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline. Proven experience working on Data Center projects. Experience delivering BIM projects for U.S. and Middle East mega projects. Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards, and project workflows. Required Skills Mandatory experience in preparing MEP shop drawings for construction projects. Expertise in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Good knowledge of Revit family creation and modification. . Preferred Qualifications Experience with BIM execution planning and project coordination. Knowledge of international BIM standards and best practices. Exposure to large-scale mission-critical facility projects, including Data Centers. Experience BIM Engineer: 3+ Years Senior BIM Engineer / BIM Lead: 5+ Years Demonstrated experience in Data Center and international mega projects.
