Job Title: SAP OpenText VIM Consultant (S/4HANA) Location: Kolkata / Jamshedpur / Bhubaneswar Experience: 34 Years (specific to VIM) Employment Type: Contract to Hire Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP OpenText VIM Consultant to join our team, supporting invoice management and document processing solutions built on OpenText VIM 20.4 and SAP S/4HANA 2021. The ideal candidate will have hands-on configuration experience and a strong functional understanding of the VIM ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Configure and support core VIM functionality including business rules, mandatory settings, smart coding, and channel configuration - Manage invoice approval and invoice processing scenarios, including out-of-the-box VIM capabilities - Administer and troubleshoot VIM workflows end-to-end - Resolve solution defects and provide configuration/functional support across VIM, Enterprise Scan, Document Pipeline, ICC, and Archive Server (OpenText) - Configure and maintain OpenText Invoice Capture Center (ICC), BCC, and Archive Server - Support FIORI configuration requirements - Apply design and architectural patterns such as BCC and IES4 - Support IDOC integration between SAP and OpenText components Required Skills & Experience - 34 years of hands-on experience specifically in OpenText VIM (version 20.4) - Working experience with SAP S/4HANA 2021 - Robust functional knowledge of VIM configuration, workflow, and administration - Experience with OpenText ICC, BCC, and Archive Server configuration - Familiarity with FIORI configuration .
