About the role
About the Role We are looking for a Senior iOS SDK Engineer to design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance native iOS SDKs using Swift. You will lead the development of reusable SDK components, secure credential management, hardware-backed cryptography, and developer-friendly APIs while collaborating closely with backend, security, and platform engineering teams. You will be responsible for delivering production-grade SDKs that integrate seamlessly into partner iOS applications while following Apples security, performance, and design best practices. Key Responsibilities Design and develop reusable native iOS SDKs using Swift. Architect modular, scalable, and maintainable SDK components. Design intuitive developer APIs for seamless SDK integration. Implement secure credential storage using Apple Keychain. Integrate hardware-backed cryptography using Apple Secure Enclave. Build secure authentication, identity verification, and cryptographic features. Implement biometric authentication using Face ID and Touch ID. Integrate SDKs with backend services, identity platforms, and external APIs. Optimize SDK performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency. Ensure compatibility across supported iOS versions and Apple devices. Review code, mentor engineers, and establish iOS SDK engineering best practices. Write unit, integration, and performance tests. Troubleshoot platform-specific issues and SDK integration challenges. Prepare SDK documentation, sample applications, and integration guides. Required Skills Must Have 5+ years of native iOS development experience. Strong expertise in Swift. Experience building and maintaining reusable iOS SDKs or libraries. Strong understanding of iOS application architecture. Experience with Apple Keychain and Secure Enclave. Experience implementing Face ID and Touch ID authentication. Strong understanding of mobile security and cryptography fundamentals. Experience integrating REST APIs and authentication mechanisms. Experience with Swift Package Manager (SPM) and/or CocoaPods. Git and collaborative development workflows. Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
