Job Summary Ardee Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Project Manager / Senior Draftsman to lead the planning, design, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects across its real estate, educational, and commercial businesses. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of construction projects from planning to handover. Prepare and review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Develop project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and progress reports. Supervise site activities, contractors, consultants, and vendors. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for timely project delivery. Monitor project costs, timelines, and resource utilization. Lead and mentor site engineers and drafting teams. Technical Skills AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, SketchUp Primavera P6 and MS Project BIM and ERP/Project Management Software Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management and drafting. Experience in schools, commercial buildings, malls, and real estate projects will be preferred.
