BIM Engineer - PHE / Fire-Fighting Position : BIM Engineer - PHE / Fire-Fighting Location : Gurugram, Chennai Qualification Required : B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering Experience Required : 3+ Years Develop detailed BIM models for plumbing, fire-fighting, and PHE (Public Health Engineering) systems. Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate PHE/fire-fighting designs into the overall BIM project model. Ensure accuracy and completeness of PHE/fire-fighting models and associated documentation. Perform clash detection and resolve clashes related to PHE/fire-fighting elements. Generate construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation. Collaborate with project teams to meet project deliverables and deadlines. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies related to PHE/fire-fighting systems. Follow company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices. Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable. Skills Required : Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in PHE/fire-fighting system modeling and detailing. Strong understanding of plumbing, fire-fighting, and PHE system design principles and codes. Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices in the PHE/fire-fighting discipline. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
