Weve already hosted 240+ successful community-focused trips, and were on a mission to empower 1000+ local communities while redefining the $15B+ Indian travel market. We are looking for a visionary CTO & Co-Founder to join our journey and help us scale Boho into Indias leading experiential travel platform. Were Looking For: A full-stack tech expert with a proven track record of building scalable apps & websites. An AI enthusiast, experienced in machine learning, recommendation engines, and dynamic pricing models. An entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in quick-paced startup settings. Aligned with our vision of creating a positive social impact through travel. Key Responsibilities: Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of Bohos web & mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience. AI & Machine Learning: Develop and integrate AI-driven features, including personalized recommendations, dynamic pricing, and host-traveler matching algorithms. Frontend & Backend Mastery: Build and manage a robust tech stack, including React, Node.js, Python, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Must-Have Skills: Full-Stack Development: Proficiency in React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, and Flutter. AI & Data Science: Hands-on experience with machine learning models, recommendation engines, NLP, and predictive analytics. Mobile & Web Development: App deployment, API integration, and cross-platform expertise. Database Management: Robust knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Firebase. Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS, GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Agile Methodologies: Expertise in Agile/Scrum environments, driving rapid prototyping and product iter .
