Yardi Etl Expert (Vadodara)

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to extract data from Yardi and load into data warehouses, BI tools, or third-party systems. - Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs across leasing, property management, finance, and operations. - Leverage Yardi SQL database schema to create optimized queries and stored procedures for data extraction. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout all data processes. - Automate recurring data transfer and sync processes using tools such as SSIS, Informatica, or custom scripting. - Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs for performance issues and errors. - Collaborate with the BI/reporting team to ensure the availability of clean, structured data. - Manage integration between Yardi Voyager and systems like Salesforce, ERP (e.g., NetSuite), or third-party property portals. - Assist in data migration projects during acquisitions or platform upgrades. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes, data dictionaries, and workflows. Qualifications: - 3-6 years of experience in ETL development, with at least 2 years working with Yardi Voyager data structures. - Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and working with Yardi database schemas. - Robust experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Informatica) or custom ETL scripting (Python, PowerShell). - Familiarity with real estate workflows: leases, rent rolls, GL/AP/AR, property budgets, etc. - Experience integrating Yardi data with BI/reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Solid understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database performance tuning. - Ability to manage multiple data sources and large volumes of real estate data securely and efficiently. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
