About the role
Role Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and modern database technologies, along with experience in production-grade environments and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop robust, scalable backend services and APIs - Build and maintain high-performance applications using Python and FastAPI - Work with MongoDB for data modeling, storage, and optimization - Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in production environments - Collaborate with frontend teams (React) to ensure seamless integration - Leverage AWS services for cloud-based application deployment - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance - Follow best practices in code quality, security, and scalability Required Skills & Qualifications : - 7 to 8 years of backend development experience - Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI - Hands-on experience with MongoDB - Experience working in production/live environments - Good understanding of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) - Basic familiarity with React - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Good to Have : - Experience with microservices architecture - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes Role Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems.
