Sr. System Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Product Manager Product Owner to understand business needs, processes, and challenges. - Document current and to-be business processes, including high-level system landscape documentation using visual tools such as Visio/Draw.io. - Scope and design requirements for potential data integrations to support operational and strategic processes. - Analyze, define, and document business requirements to ensure alignment between technology capabilities and business outcomes. - Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps across datasets for business teams to resolve. - Deliver high-quality business and technical documentation, including business process maps, user stories, and technical specifications. - Lead or contribute to integration implementations and enhancements, ensuring system configurations support business requirements. - Actively manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables; proactively engage with stakeholders to resolve issues. - Support testing activities, including system integration, UAT, and training, to ensure successful solution adoption. - Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., data, tech, design) to integrate new capabilities and maintain data integrity. - Collaborate with multi-cultural global technical teams to deliver technical solutions. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience with databases and APIs highly regarded. - Demonstrated experience with data analysis, business process mapping, and integration solutions. - Experience working in hybrid and waterfall delivery models.
