Job Role :- Technical Delivery Lead Location:- Pune State:- Maharashtra Country:- India Experience:- 8 years + Job Type: Full time Responsibilities Lead and mentor the development team and ensure timely delivery. Understand client requirements, break them down into technical tasks, and plan work accordingly. Review code and maintain coding and architectural standards. Handle performance optimization, debugging, and technical problem-solving. Drive architectural discussions and make decisions on frameworks, tools, and overall design. Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environments. Contribute to pre-sales: effort estimation, capacity planning, technology selection, and solution inputs. Technical Skills Core Backend Skills Strong hands-on experience with Java , Spring Boot , Spring MVC , Hibernate/JPA Good understanding of Microservices architecture Experience with RESTful APIs , API versioning, and inter-service communication techniques Architecture Design Experience designing scalable, high-availability systems Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture Familiarity with layered architecture , modular design, and domain-driven design (DDD) (preferred) Solid understanding of design patterns such as Singleton, Factory, Builder, Strategy, Observer, Adapter, Proxy, Decorator, Repository, etc. Cloud DevOps Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, API Gateway, etc.) Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Bit-bucket pipelines) Familiar with Docker , basic knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus Experience with environment setup, deployments, and monitoring tools Additional Skills (Good to Have) Exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS) Experience with unit testing and automation testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) Understanding of performance tuning , caching, and optimization techniques Soft Skills Strong communication and client-facing abilities Ability to guide and support team members Good analytical and decision-making skills Comfortable in fast-paced, delivery-oriented environments Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
