Job Title: Business Analyst General Insurance (P&C) Location: Chennai Tharamani Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Experience: 58 Years Open Positions: 2 Notice Period: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in General Insurance (Property & Casualty). This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate requirement gathering, analysis, and delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure correct implementation of requirements Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business sign-off Prepare and maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, workflows, and process diagrams Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assigned projects Required Skills & Qualifications 58 years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong domain expertise in General Insurance / Property & Casualty (P&C) Hands-on experience in one or more areas: policy administration, claims, underwriting, or billing systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments Proficiency in tools such as MS Visio, Excel, Word, JIRA, and Confluence Preferred Skills Exposure to digital insurance platforms or transformation initiatives Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in insurance Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams Why Join Us Opportunity to work on impactful insurance transformation projects Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Exposure to modern tools, frameworks, and enterprise-level systems .
