Technical Services Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Services Engineer to join our team at The Depository Trust Clearing Corporation (DTCC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical services and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Roles and Responsibility Design, develop, and implement new technologies to enhance existing systems and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Conduct training sessions for end-users on new technologies and processes. Analyze system performance and recommend improvements. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience in technical services engineering. Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
