About the role
You will be joining a growing analytics team in Pune as a detail-oriented Data Analyst. Your main responsibilities will include: - Collecting, cleaning, and validating data from various sources such as CRM, databases, and spreadsheets - Building dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio - Writing SQL queries to extract and transform data from relational databases - Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data - Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements - Presenting data findings clearly to non-technical teams To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 01 year of experience in data analysis or a related role - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts - Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL - Exposure to Power BI or Tableau would be preferred - A degree in B.Sc, B.Tech, BCA, or MBA with a quantitative background - Strong attention to detail and logical thinking The company offers the following compensation and benefits: - Salary range: 35,00065,000 per month - Learning and development allowance - Health insurance and PF benefits - 5-day work week You will be joining a growing analytics team in Pune as a detail-oriented Data Analyst.
