QA Tester - Work From Home Testing

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications. Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience in software quality assurance and testing. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, TestRail). Familiarity with both manual and automated testing practices. Basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly document and communicate issues. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. ExperienceMinimum of 2 years experience in software quality assurance or a similar QA role. Experience working remotely or in a flexible work environment is highly preferred. Experience in testing web applications, mobile apps, or enterprise software is an advantage. Working HoursFull-time role with flexible working hours, typically 9 AM to 6 PM (candidates local time). Occasional requirement to accommodate different time zones for collaboration with international teams.
