About the role
Job Summary An IT Support Specialist is the frontline problem-solver for all technology-related issues for both TEC Clients & Staffs. Their primary goal is to ensure that employees & TEC Clients [ within the agreed services ] have services TEC provides work efficiently and without technical interruption. They support hardware, software, and network systems. Plus IT pre-sales and post sales, IT Revenues in-house product and innovative products, AMC support for exiting clients, IT Tokens Responsibilities Primarily responsible for IT support for TEC users and clients, as well as on-site support for the TEC business systems (including but not limited to video conferencing systems, access control systems, and telephone network systems)Management and maintenance of TEC IT equipment assets (network devices, computers, printers, servers, etc.).Carry out data security tasks such as antivirus and data backup as required by headquarters.Handle ad-hoc projectsConfigure and trouble shoot switch and wireless LANPro actively Monitor the network devices using networking tools link PRTGConfigure and troubleshoot windows, MacOS, printer setup, IOS & android Mobile devicesKnowledge on NAS, Synology and other backup solutions.Knowledge of Windows server 2012 and active directory Requirements Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or above CCNA, MSCE, Linux certification is preferred2 ~ 3 Years of Experience - preferably computer related degree Job Summary An IT Support Specialist is the frontline problem-solver for all technology-related issues for both TEC Clients & Staffs.
