Our products include Catalyst AI, an AI calling agent, Maya AI, an intelligent AI assistant, along with HRM, CRM, Finance, and other enterprise platforms. We build scalable, cloud-native products using modern technologies. Responsibilities Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases. Build scalable backend services using Microservices Architecture. Integrate third-party APIs and internal services. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code. Optimize application performance, security, and reliability. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams. Participate in code reviews and contribute to system architecture discussions. Deploy and maintain applications on AWS Cloud. Required Skills Robust knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js. Hands-on experience with Express.js. Valuable understanding of PostgreSQL and SQL query optimization. Understanding of Microservices Architecture. Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.). Experience with Git and GitHub workflows. Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and API security. Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture. Basic understanding of Docker and containerization. Familiarity with Redis, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), or caching is a plus. Knowledge of testing frameworks and debugging techniques is an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
