This is a hybrid role in Tampa, FL Job Description: Support and Development for the Archer GRC Platform Perform research, system analysis, troubleshooting, programming or other activities which might be required for development and support of Archer GRC platform. Participate in the technical design and development of new products or system enhancements. Perform aspects of agile software development, including user story writing, release and iteration planning, agile modeling and design, development, unit and integration testing, code reviews, and software documentation Gathering, understanding, and documenting business requirements as needed for successful Archer implementations. Designing and building processes and technical requirements for Archer implementations Skillsets/Experience 5+ Years of Archer eGRC development experience Experience in Archer Advanced Workflow experience. Subject matter expert for RSA Archer eGRC SmartSuite, with knowledge of Archer system architecture and core concepts related to Governance, Risk Management & Compliance Develops/Modifies/Maintains Archer Applications, Dashboards, iViews, Mail Merge Templates, Data Feeds and Reports Solid understanding of system integration, interface methods, API's, SOA, etc. Experience with a web application, web service development, web frameworks and scripting (IIS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, Regular Expressions, etc.) Broad knowledge of infrastructure (network, databases, and servers), services, security standards and best practices Practical experience gathering business requirements, conceptualizing, or designing solutions. Experience with the software development life cycle and agile development principles.
