Engineering Technician Burlington, MA Apply Now Back to Search The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Engineering Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in ­­Burlington, MA. Details for the position are as follows: Pay Range: $28 - 33/hr depending on experience Contract: 6 months temp to hire 100% onsite in Burlington, MA Job Description: Responsible to support several technical manufacturing processes in a small-scale fast-paced development production environment. Primary responsibilities will include analyzing and reporting production data, conducting technical experiments, troubleshooting process equipment, supporting process improvement activities, documenting process specifications and generating standard operating procedures. Partners closely with numerous internal business functions such as, Process Engineering, Beverage Product Development, Productivity and Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Technical Services Operations. Become proficient in technical processes and equipment, such as coffee roasting and grinding, as well as other innovative and exciting processes and quality and analytical measurement tools. Analyze multiple categories of production and quality data, using statistical data analysis for data-driven decision making. Develop reports and metrics that drive continuous process improvements and technology/innovation development. Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting support for processes and equipment within a small-scale manufacturing environment. Lead and/or support testing and experiments for product and process innovations.
