Senior Network Engineer Washington, DC Apply Now Back to Search Pay: $100-$106.90 Duration:5 years We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Senior Network Engineer for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows: Job Description: $100-$106 Hourly Lead network engineering services from design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of existing networks Perform and oversee general LAN/CAN/WAN administration including scheduling conversions and cutovers Optimize end-to-end system performance and dataflow management across complex network environments Design solutions, integrate, configure, deploy, test, and maintain network devices, interfaces, and methodologies Lead network security architecture implementation in accordance with DoD STIGs, RMF controls, and NIST 800-53 Adhere to and enforce DoD/IC regulatory requirements for classified network environments Desired Skills Certifications: Arista Configuration Essentials, CCNA/CCNP, or Juniper certification (Automation & DevOps, Cloud, Data Center, Enterprise Routing and Switching, Junos Security, or Service Provider tracks) Experience designing traditional circuit switched network modules Familiarity with ISO 9000 compliance integration for network hardware and software Experience with NIST 800-53 controls and RMF as the network engineering lead on A&A activities Required Bachelor’s and 10+ years of Network Engineering experience Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with Active Full Scope Polygraph; CI Investigation closed within last 5 years Our company offers our contractors a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance.
