About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI ML/AgenticAI SA/Manager to join our dynamic team. This permanent position offers the opportunity to lead and innovate within the tech category, focusing on the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI technology within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of AI and machine learning models, with a focus on Agentic AI, Gen AI, and LLM. Implement and manage projects involving RAG and vector databases to enhance data processing capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing frameworks. Drive innovation and stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Requirements: A minimum of 4 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong track record of successful project delivery. Proficiency in Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLM, RAG, and vector databases. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a leadership role within the tech industry. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
