Job Title: Business & Systems Analyst Trading Platforms (MT5 / DxTrade) Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Experience: 510 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business & Systems Analyst to join our Product & Technology team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements for modern trading platforms such as MT5 and DxTrade. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into well-defined functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and technical documentation. This role requires a strong understanding of trading platforms, backend integrations, Agile delivery, and AI-powered productivity tools. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for trading platform integrations.Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements.Conduct backlog grooming sessions and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Design business workflows, process maps, and solution documentation. Documentation Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and data mapping documents.Maintain comprehensive documentation within Confluence and other knowledge repositories.Prepare user guides and support documentation whenever required. Testing & Validation Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.Verify business requirements are correctly implemented.Support defect analysis and resolution during testing cycles.Ensure data integrity and compliance with defined business processes. Stakeholder Management Serve as the bridge between Product Owners and Engineering teams.Clarify business requirements throughout the development lifecycle.Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Support sprint planning and Agile ceremonies. AI-Driven Productivity Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLM assistants to improve:Requirements analysisDocumentationData mappingTest case generationProcess documentationEnsure responsible and secure use of AI in accordance with organizational data governance policies. Required Skills 5+ years of Business Analysis / Systems Analysis experienceExperience working with MT5 (MetaTrader 5) trading platformExperience with DxTrade or similar trading platformsStrong knowledge of backend trading platform integrationsExpertise in requirement gathering and stakeholder managementHands-on experience creating user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteriaExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, workflows, process diagrams)Experience with Jira and ConfluenceGood understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience using AI/LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to improve business analysis and documentation. Preferred Skills Understanding of Forex, CFD, or Capital Markets domainExposure to CRM, Client Portal, Payment Systems, and Back-office integrationsKnowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ASIC, CySEC, FSA, or MiFID IIExperience working with middleware or trading platform pluginsFamiliarity with data mapping and API integrations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, ECBA, PMI-PBA) are an added advantage.
