About the Role: As a Digital Program Manager, you will spearhead our digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless program management and execution. Your role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive projects, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery. This is a permanent, high-impact position that demands strong leadership and strategic oversight in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to drive projects forward. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery. Track internal and external deadlines to ensure timely execution. Coordinate and manage dependencies with cross-functional teams. Communicate effectively to provide clarity on project statuses to team members and management. Facilitate and lead meetings such as planning sessions, project tracking, retrospectives, and weekly sync-ups. Create comprehensive release reports and other necessary documentation. Identify problem areas and partner in defining and implementing new processes. Requirements: 12-16 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Program Management, and Agile Coaching. PMP Certification is mandatory. Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive consensus within diverse teams. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Adobe products is a plus. Location: Noida, UP, India
