About the role
Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant Absence & OTL Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune/Gurugram Experience: 610+ Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Absence Management and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) to join a high-impact implementation project. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience who thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation activities.Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.Configure and implement Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and Oracle Absence Management modules.Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with organizational requirements.Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production deployment.Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with Payroll, Core HR, and other Oracle HCM Cloud modules.Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, training materials, and user guides.Participate in workshops, solution design discussions, and project planning activities.Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective recommendations.Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality implementation standards Mandatory Skills 610+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.Minimum 23 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.Strong hands-on experience with:Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)Oracle HCM Absence ManagementExperience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Hands-on experience with integrations involving Payroll and other Oracle HCM modules.Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production rollout activities.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with global or multi-country Oracle HCM implementations.Knowledge of Oracle HCM security, approvals, and workflow configurations.Experience working in Agile implementation projects.
