About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager for Data Engineers to lead our talented team in Bangalore, India. This permanent position requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in data engineering and modern data architecture. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding the team to deliver enterprise-level solutions, utilizing advanced technologies and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Design and implement scalable data solutions using Snowflake, AWS or Azure Cloud, and modern data architecture frameworks. Drive the development of ETL/ELT processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives. Oversee enterprise delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely project completion. Requirements: Minimum of 12 years of experience in data engineering, with at least 5 years in team leadership. Expertise in Snowflake is mandatory, alongside proficiency in AWS or Azure Cloud. Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark. Extensive knowledge of modern data architecture, including Data Lake and Lakehouse. Proven track record of successful enterprise delivery and team management. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced certifications in data engineering or related fields. Experience in driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within technical teams. Location: Bangalore, India
