Description Understand the values and vision of the organization and align the activities accordingly Protect the Intellectual Property Adhere to all the policies and procedures Work with other line functions to collect or provide relevant data The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP HCM India Payroll modules to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Design, configuration and testing in various SAP HCM Payroll sub-modules. Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients Carry out complex or novel assignments Essential Skills Job Experience: 34 years of hands-on experience in SAP India Payroll Knowledge: Strong understanding of India-specific statutory compliance Skills: Effective communication and client-handling skills Background: Experience in either real-time implementation or support will be suitable Should have strong functional knowledge of the system Should be organized and focused on delivering tasks within defined deadlines Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills Personal Adhering to client-specific work timings and calendars Being available and flexible during Payroll Week, which may involve: Supporting clients during extended or odd hours Providing on-site support at client locations during payroll execution, when required Ensuring seamless payroll processing and timely salary crediting Given the business-critical nature of payroll operations, full commitment and flexibility from the candidate are essential.
