About the role
Role Overview: As a Software Developer at The Health Convo (THC), you will be responsible for integrating, maintaining, and extending world's leading artificial intelligence APIs. You will build new AI-powered features such as conversational flows, avatar interactions, voice, and automation. Additionally, you will convert the existing PWA into a performant mobile application, ensuring full feature parity on iOS and Android. You will play a key role in implementing push notifications, offline support, and native device integrations. On the frontend and backend side, you will build responsive and accessible UI components using React or Next.js, as well as develop and maintain backend APIs using Node.js or Python/FastAPI. Managing deployments on cloud platforms like AWS and GCP, as well as working with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL and Firebase, will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will actively participate in product discussions and contribute ideas for new AI-driven features, while proactively flagging issues, blockers, and risks to the team.
