Description Role : Lead Salesforce Developer Location : Remote (India) Job Type : Full-Time Experience Required : 68 Years About The Role We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Lead Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep hands-on experience in Salesforce development, integrations, Lightning technologies, and modern DevOps practices. This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of solution delivery, mentor junior developers, and collaborate effectively with architects, business analysts, stakeholders, and clients. As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing secure, high-performing, and maintainable Salesforce applications aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development : Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows Build and optimize triggers, batch classes, queueables, future methods, and asynchronous processing Develop reusable and high-performance Lightning Web Components Work with Lightning Web Runtime (LWR), Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications Implement event-driven architecture using Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC) Write optimized SOQL/SOSL queries while ensuring governor limit compliance Implement Salesforce security best practices including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security Integrations & APIs Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs Configure secure integrations using Named Credentials and Auth Providers Implement integrations using declarative tools and Apex callouts Work with Bulk API for large-scale data operations and migrations Handle integration logging, monitoring, retry mechanisms, and error handling DevOps & Collaboration Work with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and source-driven development Manage repositories using Git and follow branching strategies and PR best practices Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or GitHub Actions Maintain Apex test coverage and code quality standards Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across cross-functional teams Work closely with stakeholders, architects, and clients for successful delivery Leadership & Ownership Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Write clean, scalable, reusable, and maintainable code Take ownership of deliverables, timelines, and quality standards Identify project risks proactively and communicate effectively Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, AI capabilities, and platform innovations (ref:hirist.tech)
