About the role
Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Partner Portal & Experience Cloud Developer with 14+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce-based partner portals and digital experiences. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical skills in Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, integrations, and AI-driven automation solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce Partner Portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud. Build and customize user-centric digital experiences leveraging Experience Builder, LWC, and Apex. Implement intelligent automation solutions using Salesforce AI capabilities and modern AI tools. Develop and optimize Salesforce Flows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. Design, develop, and manage integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance optimization techniques. Required Skills Strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Partner Portal implementations. Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. Experience with AI tools, Einstein capabilities, and intelligent automation initiatives. Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise integration frameworks. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Certifications Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist Salesforce Administrator Certification (ref:hirist.tech) .
