About the role
As an Analyst - I, Master Data, you will play a crucial role in managing S/4 Hana Central Finance implementation and providing Data Management expertise. Your responsibilities will include: - Successfully implementing Global Master data & integration between regional ERPs to Central Finance instance - Establishing the connection and the right flow of information between the offshore data factories, the system integrator data team, and the KHC Business Teams - Creating a successful bridge between the Finance/GBS organization and the Central Finance project team - Validating Master data mapping and replication between the regional ERPs and Central Finance instance - Working with Project teams on any data migration needs between systems using existing toolsets - Participating in complex solutioning workshops with the Global data organization, Global Business Services, and Controllers group - Providing functional expertise, hands-on delivery, customizations, guidance, presentation, and training on SAP functionality - Removing any impediments preventing the team from making progress - Mapping business requirements, processes, and objectives and developing necessary product modifications - Conducting testing cycles with the business - Managing relationships with business process owners and obtaining sign-offs as applicable Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of experience working in Finance or Data Management - Proven experience implementing SAP rollouts - Knowledge of SAP Master data processes - Strong social skills, with the ability to understand the context and apply it to drive the data agenda - Familiarity and knowledge of Company Financials, ability to read Company P&L and understand financial metrics - Experience in working in a large global FMCG company - Ability to foresee issues and risks in their domain and escalate when required If you have the necessary skills and experience and are passionate about leading SAP Central Finance implementation and driving transformation solutions, we welcome you to join our team in Ahmedabad at Venus Stratum GCC and contribute to our success.
