About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to take complete ownership of end-to-end quality assurance for a large-scale Android community platform. This role requires hands-on experience in mobile app testing, API validation, and release management within tight sprint timelines. Key Responsibilities Own functional, regression, and integration testing for the Flutter-based Android application and backend APIs across sprint cycles Perform Android device matrix testing across multiple devices and OS versions Validate APIs using Postman, ensuring correct response structure, data accuracy, and error handling Execute Firebase Test Lab runs for pre-release builds and validate: Push notifications Deep links CRM-triggered user journeys Log, track, and manage bugs in JIRA with clear reproducible steps and severity classification Collaborate closely with developers to ensure timely bug resolution before sprint sign-off Own Play Store release QA, including APK/AAB validation and store listing compliance checks Create and maintain test cases and test plans ensuring full coverage of features Support UAT sessions and document results with clear acceptance/rejection criteria Prepare QA sign-off reports highlighting test coverage, defects, and release risks Must-Have Skills 3 5 years of experience in mobile application QA (Android-focused) Strong hands-on experience with Postman (API testing) and JIRA (bug tracking test cases) Experience with Firebase Test Lab and device compatibility testing Knowledge of Appium or Selenium for test automation Experience with Play Store submission QA and release validation Strong understanding of QA processes, SDLC, and Agile methodologies Good-to-Have Skills Experience testing Flutter applications Exposure to CRM workflows and notification systems Basic understanding of backend systems and API integrations Key Competencies Strong attention to detail Ownership mindset with accountability for releases Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Why Join Us Work on a large-scale, high-impact mobile platform High ownership role with direct visibility into product releases Collaborative and fast-growing team environment Opportunity to build expertise in end-to-end QA and product lifecycle Apply Now
