Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Computer programmer with 2 years of experience building scalable backend systems and distributed microservices. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Python, Node.js, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into production systems.

You will work on high-performance REST APIs, automation pipelines, and cloud-native applications that support scalable, resilient systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Python, Node.js, and PostgreSQL

Build and optimize high-performance REST APIs integrating multiple external services

Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes

Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS (S3, SNS, RDS, Boto3) and Azure

Optimize database performance through schema design, indexing, and partitioning

Build automation pipelines using Python and Airflow to streamline internal workflow

Collaborate with Data Science teams to integrate ML models, LLM APIs, and AI-driven features

Maintain high system reliability, uptime, and performance standards

Contribute to system design discussions and architecture decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Strong programming skills in Python

Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI

Knowledge of Node.js and Microservices Architecture

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases

Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

Understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems

Experience working in Agile development environments

Nice to Have:

Experience integrating Machine Learning models or LLM APIs

Knowledge of Generative AI, RAG pipelines, or AI Agents

Frontend experience with React or Angular

Experience with Redis, DynamoDB, or MongoDB
