The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in structural analysis, design, and project execution, along with strong leadership abilities. Responsibilities Design and analyze structural components for aluminum facades Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations Lead and manage a team of Design Managers, Team Leaders, and Facade Designers Conduct structural calculations and prepare detailed reports Oversee project execution and troubleshoot technical challenges Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure seamless execution The Employer may also assign any specific job to the Employee that the Employer deems necessary.
