Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead (AI + AWS + DevOps) (Delhi)

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in AWS, DevOps, and AI-assisted development. The role involves end-to-end product ownership, from architecture to deployment, and leading the development of a scalable SaaS platform. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end development of a multi-tenant SaaS platform (Job Portal + ATS + CRM) - Design and build scalable backend systems and APIs - Develop frontend interfaces for web applications - Set up and manage AWS infrastructure (Dev/Test/Prod environments) - Implement DevOps practices (CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, scaling) - Optimize performance, cost, and system reliability on AWS - Integrate AI tools for code generation, resume parsing, and matching engines - Ensure data security, compliance, and system uptime - Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Lead / mentor a small development team (if applicable) Key Skills Required - Strong experience in Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend) - Hands-on expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS/PostgreSQL, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM) - Experience in DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, deployment automation) - Knowledge of scalable SaaS architecture (multi-tenant systems) - Experience in API development & integrations (REST, third-party APIs) - Exposure to AI/ML tools, LLM integration, or AI-assisted coding - Strong understanding of database design (PostgreSQL preferred) - Familiarity with system performance optimization & cost control on AWS Preferred Tech Stack (Indicative) - Backend: Node.js / Python - Frontend: React.js / Next.js - Database: PostgreSQL - Cloud: AWS - DevOps: Docker, CI/CD tools Ideal Candidate Profile - Hands-on developer with ownership mindset - Experience in building products from scratch (0 1) - Robust problem-solving and execution capability - Comfortable working in a startup / fast-paced environment Why Join - Opportunity to build a large-scale hiring platform in India - Work directly on a founder-led product vision - High ownership and leadership exposure - Work on AI-led recruitment transformation About Company (Our Client) Our client a bootstrapped Stratup in the Recruitment and Talent acquisition domainis building, a next-generation hiring platform integrating Job Portal, ATS, CRM.
