About the Role We're looking for an Assistant Product Manager to own the operational tech layer across our factory and warehouse ecosystem. You will manage on-ground tech coordinators and serve as the bridge between factory floor realities and our supply chain tech stack. What You'll Own Managing and mentoring product analysts ensuring they are first responders for all day-to-day system issues at the factory/warehouse level First-line escalation point for tech issues that analysts cannot resolve Triaging, documenting, and routing unresolved issues to the right teams (SAP, OMS support, UC support, etc.) with clear steps and business impact Tracking SLA adherence on issue resolution; maintaining an issue log and identifying recurring failure patterns Supporting process documentation for factory/warehouse ops Assisting the Supply Chain PM on broader initiatives: KPI tracking, system integration improvements, UAT for new features/releases What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analyst, or operations roles (Supply chain, logistics, or D2C e-commerce strongly preferred) Strong understanding of the end-to-end pre-dispatch workflow - inventory management, GRN and putaway, stock allocation, picklist generation, order manifesting, invoice and e-way bill creation, and label generation Hands-on exposure to WMS, OMS, or ERP tools (SAP, Unicommerce, or similar) Strong structured thinking - able to triage an ops issue, identify root cause, and communicate a clear next step without being hand-held Comfortable working with factory and warehouse teams High ownership mindset Willingness to travel periodically About the Role We're looking for an Assistant Product Manager to own the operational tech layer across our factory and warehouse ecosystem.
