Atlassian Administrator/Jira Administrator (3-4 years of experience only) Location - Ahmedabad - onsite Experience Level: 3-4 years About the Role We are looking for an Atlassian Administrator to manage and support our Atlassian Cloud environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence and other Atlassian products, ensuring they are secure, well- governed and meet the needs of our business teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes through automation and working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Responsibilities Administer and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, Jira Product Discovery (JPD) and Compass.Configure and manage projects, workflows, issue types, custom fields, screens, permission schemes, notification schemes, dashboards and filters.Manage users, groups, roles, permissions and licenses across Atlassian products.Support user onboarding and offboarding, access requests and platform governance.Build and maintain Jira Automation rules to improve business processes.Assist with REST API-based integrations and troubleshoot issues with third-party applications.Support Agile teams by configuring Scrum and Kanban boards, backlogs, sprints andreleases.Maintain Confluence spaces, permissions, templates and knowledge base content.Support Jira Service Management configuration, including request types, queues, forms, SLAs and customer portals.Troubleshoot platform issues and provide Level 2 support to end users.Create reports, dashboards and advanced JQL filters to support business teams.Document configurations, processes and best practices.Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement improvements.Stay current with Atlassian Cloud features and recommend platform enhancements. Required Qualifications: 34 years of experience administering Atlassian Cloud products.Hands-on experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence.Good understanding of workflows, permissions, custom fields, screens and project configurations.Experience creating Jira Automation rules and working with REST APIs.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.Experience supporting user management, license administration and access control.Basic knowledge of scripting tools such as ScriptRunner or Groovy is a plus.Exposure to integrating Atlassian products with business applications is preferred.Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Atlassian certifications are a plus.ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.Experience with Jira Product Discovery or Compass is preferred.
