Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Statistical Programming skills, including proficiency in SAS and R for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Statistics knowledge to design analyses, interpret results, and apply appropriate statistical techniques. Candidates should possess Data Management capabilities, including data cleaning, transformation, integration, and quality control for large and complex datasets. Candidates should possess robust Programming skills, including writing efficient, well-structured, and documented code, with familiarity in version control practices. 4+ years of relevant experience in statistical programming, data analysis, or biostatistics, preferably in domains such as healthcare, finance, or research. Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and data integrity. Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and to present analytical findings clearly. Experience with relational databases, SQL, and documentation standards; familiarity with industry regulations or compliance requirements is an advantage.
