For more information on ITS, see this video: Key Responsibilities Technical Skills Platform Administration Automation Professional Competencies Education Experience: Bachelor s or Master s degree with 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Technical Capabilities Demonstrated success administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise-grade Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments at scale. Understanding of secure platform operations lifecycle, environment management, and modern DevOps/ALM practices. Analytical skills to troubleshoot environment issues, flow failures, and integration bottlenecks. Collaboration Communication Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations Recommended Certifications Microsoft 365 Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals ITIL v4 Foundation SAFe Practitioner Cloud Engineer or DevOps Certification (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer) 1.
