As a Data Management Engineer, your role involves managing and maintaining master data related to products, customers, vendors, BOMs, and production records. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across ERP systems, spreadsheets, and databases. Your key responsibilities include: - Creating, updating, and validating engineering, production, and inventory data. - Coordinating with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Planning departments for data collection and updates. - Generating MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical reports for management review. - Monitoring data quality, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely correction. - Maintaining documentation related to processes, product specifications, and engineering changes. - Supporting ERP implementation, data migration, and system improvements. - Performing regular data audits and ensuring compliance with company standards. - Assisting management in decision-making through accurate reporting and data analysis. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Qualifications: - B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Computer Science) or Graduate with relevant experience. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced Functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP). - Experience with ERP systems and database management. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of manufacturing processes, BOM management, and inventory data. - Ability to handle large volumes of data with high accuracy. - Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in Automotive, Plastic Molding, Engineering, or Manufacturing Industry. - Knowledge of Power BI, Google Sheets, or MIS Reporting. - Understanding of Production Planning and Inventory Management. Key Attributes: - Attention to detail and data accuracy. - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks. - Team player with a proactive approach.
